About me 

I am Kate and I have a master degree in Physiotherapy.

Since 2014 I have been developing my skills as a masseuse and therapist. Over the last 3 years I have completed several osteopathic courses.

Thanks to this I have acquired knowledge and techniques that allow me to treat people in an extremely effective way.

I decided to combine massage with osteopathy in one session. Thanks to this, each meeting with me brings my clients the best that I can give:

Working with blood vessels, nerves, viscera

Quieting the autonomic nervous system

Relaxing muscles and fascia

Healing pain and tension

Balancing the body

Massage & osteopathy

To combine massage and therapy, I created osteopathic massage. Thanks to this, during one session, you can experience deep psychophysical relaxation, restoring balance, and a healing effect.

Osteopathy

A holistic approach to health that focuses on diagnostics, treatment and improving the function of the entire body, supporting natural self-healing processes. Osteopathy is a philosophy of seeking health in the body, balancing the functions of all systems - muscular, circulatory, nervous, visceral, urogynecological. Thanks to this, I can help with all acute and chronic pains of the body, accelerate regeneration processes after injuries, influence the reduction of swelling, improve the functioning of the viscera.

Relaxation massage

Over the years I have been perfecting and creating massage techniques

and the sensitivity of my touch. I have learned from courses and from other massage therapists. I am passionate about massage, both to receive and to give.

I really like to adapt massage techniques to the individual needs of the body.

In my massage I combine knowledge of classic massage, deep tissue massage,

manual therapy, and energy massage.
